Strawberry, Golden Raspberry & Orange Popsicles
Updated: Sep 25

Happy Friday! Today I'm bringing you another version of my go to, easy rainbow popsicles. I absolutely love making these because you can literally make them out of whatever fruits you have in the fridge!

I love making these in the summer months as a healthy, refreshing treat. We have no air conditioning here in the UK, so these are perfect for those hot days to help cool you down!

My friend and I took a trip out to our local pick your own strawberry farm and used the berries we picked to make these popsicles! We also picked golden raspberries to put in these and they accompany the strawberries nicely.

All you need to make these delicious popsicles is a popsicle mold, 1 punnet of pureed and strained strawberries, 2 punnets pureed and strained golden raspberries (or regular red raspberries if you don't have golden where you live), and 2-3 freshly squeezed oranges! Feel free to add in as many or as little of each ingredient to your liking. Here I've done equal parts of each. Start out by running your berries each through a food processor or blender and then running through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds. Place the first flavor layer in the molds. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours until it starts to firm up. Then add the second layer and the popsicle sticks and place back in the freezer. Repeat for as many flavors as you would like making sure to freeze between each layer to achieve the rainbow pops look.

Side Note: Can we talk about how gorgeous these flowers are? I found them at my local Tesco and they bloomed so gorgeous I just couldn't photograph these pops without them!

I hope you enjoyed this easy summer popsicle recipe! Leave a comment below if you try them and make sure to follow my Facebook page at: Facebook.com/everydaywithali to see more daily inspiration for recipes, travel and DIY beauty! Have a lovely weekend!
